Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Snugheim order. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Your right of withdrawal: Customers in the EU and the UK have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. We extend this to 30 days. To exercise it, simply email us a clear statement (for example: "I wish to withdraw from my purchase of [item], order no. [number]") at snugheim2026@gmail.com.
How to return:
- Email snugheim2026@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back unused and, where possible, in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us.
Refunds: We refund the full price you paid, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the item back or proof that you have sent it. You pay the cost of returning the item, unless it arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to return the item.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
